Coffee Round Up — Restaurant in Eden

Hubby and I are returning home from a wonderful visit with our family in New Mexico, and it’s late afternoon. Of course, I requested coffee—for waking up purposes!—and we stopped at a charming little coffee house, where you drive up and order. Coffee Round-Up is a delight!

I ordered an iced latte and it is absolutely delicious! Nadya is a terrific barista. I also ordered a blueberry muffin and it’s quite good as well.

We were traveling today from San Antonio to Albuquerque and dreaded gas station coffee, but we needed a "tank-up."
