The critical ingredient in every dish is the love & vibrancy of its creator. The proprietor is creative in the kitchen (& ask her about her art!), with a love of using the freshest, "cleanest" ingredients in all of dishes because she feeds her neighbors and beyond the same way she feeds herself and her family. She presents us with foods that may be unfamiliar to many but I promise you; if you ask her or her team to feed you in a way that will nourish you in the way your body is craving in that moment....you'll be delighted! Being on a budget & with food sensitivities, most of my meals come from home. But there have been times when I didn't have the energy & find myself here. There are foods from many countries & staff from many regions around the globe. I don't choose from the menu or what I see before me. I only ask, "If you were in your home country or your own kitchen & felt as I do, what would you choose to eat?" I am delighted every single time. I bite into my meal, honestly having no idea what's been presented. And it always pleases my body, my soul & my taste buds.
