Wendy's — Restaurant in Edenton

Horrible experience at this location, trash cans full,over flowing, most of the employees on their cell phones in the presence of the manager ,very few napkins available and the napkin dispenser looks broken, bathroom very dirty ,dinning room very dirty and floors sticky from soda and wet slippery tiles near their soda machine, windows dirtyand most of their kitchen floors had lots of food on the ground looks like they make us customers wait for a cashier as all their staff tend to the drive thru customers...I saw so many customers sitting waiting for their food and then on multiple occasions I see staff bring peopled food out to their dinning room ,same story they try and make up some lame excuse why it tool so long as their excuses seem like lies... so I won't eat her at the Edenton N.C location as they have to many issues for me to enjoy my food and if ur reading this too I advise u not to eat at Wendy's as well,save ur self...

Bathroom had no soap in dispenser. Soap bottle had no soap in it. Huge gnats around empty ketchup dispensers, sodas we nasty like over carbonated water. Had to get sweet tea and it was out! Out of a bunch of sodas. Floor was nasty greasy and the cooking area had fries all over it and trash and fry bags. I will never come here again! I should have gotten all 4 meals for me and my family for free. Do not come here! Only think was the fries that didn’t hit the floor were hot. My daughter got the wrong chicken sandwich after we waited about 20 minutes inside. Buns...

I ordered chicken nuggets and they appeared almost immediately, meaning they were already waiting under a heat lamp and not freshly made. They were just a bit greasy tasting, but edible. My main concern was that the customer floor area needs deep cleaning with soap. It was slippery from being quick-mopped with the same mop used in the prep area and not rinsed well. My shoes were slipping and I had to walk slowly. It was not wet...it was greasy. I only saw 2 people working there, so I'm sure they are short handed and not able to do a proper job...
