If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Was greated by a very friendly young man who took my order General Tso's Chicken and Bourbon Chicken. "I never had Bourbon Chicken before". Wowsers! The meals were nearly packed with no leakage. The Bourbon Chicken was 2/3rds chicken 1/3rds pork fried rice. Usually it's mostly rice at the other places. The Pork Fried Rice was absolutely delicious! Very tasty with larger then normal sized pieces of pork. The Bourbon Chicken was also very tasty, I can see why it's so popular. I took one star away from atmosphere because though there are a few tables, it really is a take out place. Delicious food Friendly service Huge filling portions All at a good price! Customer service tonight was poor. The female who took my order over the phone became very rude, raising her voice and talking over me, during the process. I waited until she was finished and told her that i have been a longtime customer of New Hong Kong and have never been spoken to that way and that i expoected an apology. After asking for an apology 3 times, she finally apologized.

I decided to call back 5 minutes later to cancel my order totalling more than $32 as I did not trust what might happen to my family's food. The food has always been very good but I did not appreciate the way things were handled. My business is...

I've been going here for years. This place has been great app the time and I know the staff personally they know me so good when I call to order food it goes without saying they know my order.

Oh my gosh I stopped working in the area and now I am back and this place is just like I remember. However it's so much more busy now. The prices are so cheap even if they went up a little. However it's the same great meal and the same great people. They are my favorite Chinese food place...
