Been here plenty of times before, every other time was pretty great, service was amazing, food was nice and hot, you could tell it was made to order…but when I went recently, with my family around dinner time, it was pretty terrible. I’m not one to be posting reviews, and I hate to complain, but honestly it was just that unpleasant. My family and I went there because it was my 21st birthday. My family and I, pretty much were the only ones in there for a good while before others customers started walking in. Initially, it took a while for anyone to come by the table to take our drink/food orders, the “server” for our table rarely ever came by, when he did, he wouldn’t ask if needed anything, instead we had to ask him for every little thing. From something simple as a drink refill, to the check. Even with the requested drink refill, instead of checking and asking if they other guests needed a refill, he instead just brought one refill and left immediately. He was too preoccupied with another server (who we later found out is actually the manager). She did sometimes come around to “help” but she had an attitude and was generally unpleasant. In fact our “server(s)” would blatantly avoid our table and serve others instead. Furthermore, when we received our food, it came out relatively quickly, but a little too quick… most of our food was lukewarm, and my mothers plate, which had chicken, fajita, etc. The food looked almost gray-ish in color, like it had been sitting out for a while before being served.. Backtracking to our “server(s)” whenever we did get to make contact with them for anything we needed, they’d serve other tables first before us. Most of the time they’d ignore us, either stay near the bar, or run off to the kitchen..they’d leave together and come back together…always talking between themselves. They did ultimately remove a plate or two from our ticket since those plates weren’t enjoyed, but we were still charged the 15% gratuity, since we were a party of 6, but I honestly don’t feel as though any of our “servers” deserved it for the bad service they gave us. NEVER AGAIN !!! I’ve lived here my whole life and always come eat here . I had 5 orders and we all ate and they never Brigita my dad’s plate . I tell the waitress and she tells me the cool forgot. When I ask the “Mgr” she says they’re taking long but all my family ate and my dad’s plate was missing, so she says “ oh they’re taking long. Needles to say the waitress forgets to put in order. When I go pay, I ask if I can get a discount since my dad didn’t get to eat, we had to give him a bit if our food . She says ok, when I go pay … she gave me $1 discount ,I REPEAT $1 . So I say just charge me, the clerk rings up my order while waitress gives him my order in detail. When I’m leaving … the waitress runs to my truck and tells me they forgot to charge me the plate for my dad !!! When they read my order to me at register, she said the plate. I said well since you have it to me to go, then just keep it and I won’t pay it. So out comes the “mgr” and starts taking pics of my license… like for what?!?!?! I said , if you didn’t charge it , it’s not my fault … you forgot so just take the plate and that’s that . She calls the cops & tells them I didn’t team to pay, when they’re the ones that forgot to charge it. We’re back and forth with her at my window … RIDICULOUS that for $10 she wants to call cops when they messed up from the start!!!!! My sister which is the birthday girl, gets off from her vehicle to pay them. The cops get there and ask what’s going on, she tells them nothing that we Thais already. Which my sister did, I was ready to face the cops because it was not my fault at all!!! I know that family & well for them to just to steep that low… must be desperate. I tell the cops that it’s not my my fault they forgot to charge the plate that my poor father didn’t get to eat. SHE is not a real mgr… She could of handled this more professionally!!!! LASTLY LET ME SAY THAT I LEFT THAT PLATE THERE… show them that THE BETTER PERSON WAS ME . Therefore , I would put NO STARS if I could & watch out for their...

TLDR: It's a great restaurant, but they really need to hire some better people.

It's a very beautiful restaurant. We always love going here. The food is good too. But, my only reservation against giving 5 stars is because of the wait staff. We have had multiple problems during past visits. We had waiters who were rude, and one of them was not afraid to say "I don't really f*ing care" in front of one of my friends, who was visiting from out-of-town. Needless to say, he did not make a good first impression of the area for my friend.

On our last visit, we got a waitress who could not speak English. My wife (who is from Mexico) had to translate for her. Very unprofessional. They did a fine job of making me feel uneasy about being there.

My only other critique is the way the menu was structured. I understand that they're using disposable paper menus due to COVID-19, which is understandable. But, the menu was very confusing and predominantly in Spanish, with only a few items having English translations/explanations. Maybe their regular menus are worded better (I am not sure). Apparently there were menu items and options I was not even aware of when ordering. I did not know that I could request my fish be grilled instead of fried. That would have saved me from some serious indigestion. That was really unfair, and they should not expect all of their customers to understand Spanish just to read the freakin' menu.
