McDonald's — Restaurant in Effingham

The manager of this location seems to be racist. I ordered some food last night, a spicy McCrispy and a triple cheeseburger. While waiting for the food for 20 minutes, I witnessed Andrew have an outburst towards a customer who didn't speak English. He slammed his fists down into the kiosk, threw his receipt over the counter towards the gentleman, and when his food was ready he tossed it onto the counter and pointed at him like a dog. When we got our food, the beef patties were obviously quite old. Andrew also passed us by multiple times while we were waiting for drink cups, including when another employee alerted him to us waiting. The group behind us was served cheese that was hard enough to bounce off the floor and they had to request a new sandwich. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We just got back after ordering a couple of cheeseburgers and some fries tonight, we were the only ones in the drive through and it took 15 minutes for them to bring us our food despite us being the only ones there. We saw about 4 employees outside messing around in the parking lot in uniform running in and out of the establishment. This location needs to seriously straighten up their act, and I’ve never been so disappointed with a fast food experience ever and I have experience in the food service industry. Don’t come to this location, unless you want to watch teenagers in uniform play in the parking lot while you wait. I typically have a lot of sympathy and am very understanding.
