McDonald's — Restaurant in Effingham

Waited in line in the Drive-Thru for a total of 16 minutes made the order paid for the order they parked us we waited for 13 minutes in the parking spot that they assigned to us when they finally delivered the food it was cold ice cold couldn't even bite into the Nugget cold and old so I walked back inside wanting to know why my food was cold after we waited a total of 16 minutes from start to finish to get cold food the manager who had no name tag on proceeded to look at me dumbfounded and say excuse me cold I said yes here feel it you just delivered it it's cold just oh I'm sorry well we had a slip and fall and then we had confusion and the bad guy forgotten up there on the counter I'm like okay things happen I am in a hurry there's no reason why I had to wait 16 minutes for cold food cuz we can make you fresh food it'll take another 9 minutes I'm like no not acceptable I want my money back she proceeded to go over get my money to refund it to me slammed it on the counter instead of handed it to me in my hand and walked away and mumbled something rudely I will never ever be back to this McDonald's again they did the exact same thing two months ago the only thing is we dined in and got...

I have gotten undercooked breakfast sandwiches multiple times. And when I went in tonight to ask a question, the manager was incredibly hateful and rude. And then as I turned to head out, she's yelling, while customers were in there, "fine" "whatever" "we don't care" because I said we would take our business elsewhere. Also the manager was accusing me of being there last night when I never set foot in that McDonalds or at that property all day. Management staff was rude and went as far as to actually make fun of me. My order was wrong twice eventhough I told them about the order being wrong. More importantly the fact of the lack of covid-19 precautions I witnessed management repeatedly touching their hair face. Never once did they make any attempt to change your latex gloves. But they had no problem and publicly chastising the younger employees about washing their hands. Twitch I never witnessed any the managment washing their hands.
