The only reason it’s getting one star is because I had to pick one. Extremely disgusted with the way myself, my sister and brother in law were treated today. They f’d up our sandwiches. Both workers were very rude and unprofessional. We told them several times about my brother in law’s allergies and they still continued to contaminate his sub. Even something as simple as salt and pepper are not allowed? Really! and the new policy is beyond ridiculous. I will NEVER go to a subway again. We walked out without our food. And we will NOT be going back to this subway or any other one again! Absolutely beyond disappointed. And the place was dirty the veggies they were serving were bad. The lettuce was brown and rotten. All the rest looked as if it had been left out for days. The staff were rude and argumentative when we just asked about the things we wanted. And we’re completely ignored. After taking my food that had already been made I went to my truck and saw the employee sneeze again. I decided that I couldn't eat the food and went in for a return. I explained why I was not comfortable eating the food to the employee that had sneezed who told me that the assistant manager could help with a refund. The assistant manager came from the back (she is the person who originally wrang up my order and was present for the first four sneezes) and told me that she was the one who had prepped my food. I told her I was still uncomfortable eating the food and she did refund me but I heard the employee sneeze two more times while inside. This means the assistant manager has been working with the other employee for who knows how long and did not send the employee who is literally making food home. I find that...
   Read moreThe shop is located on Apple Avenue which is a busy road and we were there right after school got out just ahead of basketball games. There was one person running the store. There was no one in the parking lot or in the store and it took us almost a half hour to receive the sandwiches we pulled up to the drive-thru for. He struggled to remember what we ordered for each sandwich and then did not come to the window when we pulled up to pay. I believe he needs someone else there with him to make the business run more efficiently because I'm sure he was in charge of cleaning and anything else that came along.
