Just left from a very disappointing lunch at El Dorado location, my husband ordered buffalo chicken pizza and the guy I guess didn't understand him and they brought him wings instead, my husband didn't say anything and started eating them just to found out they were still FROZEN!!! he ate about 3 or 4 wings and went to the front and told the guy about it and the guy asked him if he wanted them to be reheated, they were frozen! how is reheating them going to fix it??? my husband said no and the guy took them and didn't even apologize or said anything, when we left I told him I wanted to let him know we were going to give them a bad review because the way my husband was treated and the guy just said ok, I told him: " you didn't even apologize, they were frozen, not even cooked and you couldn't care less " to what again he just said ok. I arrived after closer to 40 mins and was told that it would be about another 15 mins as the pizza was just going in the oven. Not happy but understanding that they were busy I went out to my car to wait. Go back in 15 minutes later and was told again "you've got about 10 more mins, it's going in the oven now"... At this point I was very unhappy. Now understand that I have worked for restaurants, have been in management and have about 15 years of customer service experience. So I absolutely understand having a busy night. I even understand being short staffed. Read moreAfter waiting 52 minutes after our order was placed I finally called to see why our delivery still hadn't arrived, most every answer I received to my question involved blaming us and talking to me in a way that I felt was very disrespectful! We never do delivery just today and other than the staff always coming across unprofessional and uninterested in dealing with taking orders, answering questions, etc our food is always good except today they honestly need to clean house and bring in a crew who can atleast attempt to act like they are where they want to be, the vibe now they put off seems like they would rather be anywhere else!
