Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in El Dorado

They didnt have enough clean glasses to serve our table drinks (21 people)... 4 people had to wait.

One person in our group had HAIR in her food and was told by a waitress "it's no big deal, that kind of thing happens".

When 2 of our children's meals didnt arrive, we told the waitress mentioned above and with an attitude she says "we already know, were working on it, thanks though".

One of our children's meals wasnt served until 1/2 of us were already finished eating!

One child was served their fries but NEVER served their chicken strips! Luckily we were able to just share from some of the other kids.

They manager/owner (not sure which he was) refused to remove the charge for the order with the hair in it!!!!!! WOW

Not to mention those of us who asked for ranch for our children's chicken strips were charged .50 for sauce...who does that?!

A few people didnt even eat 1/2 their food due to it's bad taste. Bad enough when offered a to go container one kindly refused even though it was more then 3/4 of a 16in pizza uneaten.

Lets not forget it took 1 1/2 hours from when we got there for our food to be served! They were NOT busy btw!

All the owner/manager (whatever) could say was he was sorry, he commonly has problems due to always having new servers! I was sure to inform him our main waitress was the only thing we didn't have a complaint about!

ALL AROUND JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NONE OF US WILL EVER RETURN!!!...

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed in this place. I actually feel that they don’t deserve 2 stars, but I’m being lenient. First off, when I walked in there was a big sign upon arrival advertising drinks. It was obvious as soon as I walked in the door. When the waitress came to take our drink order, I inquired about it and she informed me, “I think it’s there from yesterday (Cinco de Mayo) and no one erased it, so I will have to check”. When she returned, she confirmed that it was indeed from yesterday and no one erased it. Secondly, I placed an order. Read the entire description. When my food arrived, it was not as described. It wasn’t even on the same bread that was advertised on the menu. I asked about it and then the waitress informed me that she would check. She returns and states that they were out of it. If you are out of something, why not inform the customer prior? Lastly, we waited several minutes for our ticket. A really long time until we finally decided to kindly ask for it. Waitress was friendly, but the food was way overpriced. Especially for not receiving what I actually ordered. In addition, even the appetizer item we ordered was ice cold upon arrival. Food was...

We stopped here because we were in town for an event. We ordered the spicy fried pickles and they were amazing. We had burgers, but they weren’t anything to write home about. I had the MVP burger, which is their build your own burger, with lettuce, pickle, tomato, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese with a side of onion rings minus the bun. The bartender brought me onions instead of tomato so I had to ask for the tomato. My husband had the royale burger with fries. The fries tasted like they were hand cut, but had no seasoning. My onion rings were your standard run of the mill thin cut onion rings. The staff was pleasant and courteous appeared to have a good atmosphere TVs on the college ball games. There may have been something wrong with the AC as they had some large fans blown. If we lived in the area, I could see us going back, but unless there is a reason for us to go back to El Dorado, I can’t see us specifically driving the hour or so from where we live in Louisiana to...
