Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Dorado

I travel to Taco Bell on Hillsborough. Well there I ordered five veggie items. Out of the veggie items only two were correct, the other three were completely wrong even though I was at home when I realized it. I asked them to check and recheck before I drove off and they did so I felt confident that they knew what they were talking about. Actually drive through is the wrong area to go through when you're ordering. Take out items when you're changing quite a few items because they can't hear you, vice versa. I was very upset when I got home because true enough I am a vegetarian and a vegan. I could not just eat still what was given to me because I am true to what I believe in for over 20 years. The tacos and burritos were the best I have had from any Taco Bell in years. The new Taco Bell is doing it right. I have grown used to broken taco shells,very little meat and Taco fillings along with under filled bean burritos. Most of the time the orders were wrong or items that I paid for were missing when I got home and opened the bag. I would call 📞 and they would tell me to come back and they would fix it right. I live 6 miles away so I end up driving back and forth again to get my order fixed and the rest of the order is now cold. I even started calling it Taco Hell! Let me start by saying I have never been provoked enough to write a review like this… ever, but I would advise against this Taco Bell. My order is messed up every single time I go here, and yes, I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today I got a grilled cheese burrito. It was not only made incorrectly, but it was also soggy and falling apart. Aside from the quality of the food, the employees are often rude. Taco bell is not cheap these days, and if I am paying to add or change things I expect those changes to be made.
