Burger King — Restaurant in El Mirage

Came to this Burger King for dinner tonight (Friday, 10/18/19). I was pleasantly surprised that there was no line in the drive-thru! I get to the intercom to order and realize I can't understand a thing the guy just said...volume was way low and completely jumbled. I assume he was asking for my order, so I worked through this the best I can. I get to the window and asked the guy to review my order because I couldn't understand him...he responds by saying he feels like he's yelling into the mic, then reviews my order, its correct, I pay, and he gives me my drinks, change and receipt. He then asks me to pull around front into a parking space and he'll bring my food out to me. I do as he asks. As I'm sitting there, I notice an employee get dropped off, a girl fix her car, 4 cars go through the drive-thru leaving with their food, and the girl who got dropped off bring food out TWICE to other cars who were asked to pull around like me. At one point, this girl comes up to me and asks if she can get me anything...I simply respond with "My Food!" I tell her I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes and even show her my receipt. She asks for my receipt so she can go show it to the manager. I continue to wait. When it reaches the 25 minute mark, I decide to go inside. So I walk in and tell the manager I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes! He grabs my food and hands it to me and says sorry. I respond saying "Sorry? That's it? I've been sitting in my truck with it idling for 25 minutes!" He says, "Sorry, they kept messing up your order." I respond, "For 25 minutes? It was 2 Whoppers and some nuggets! How hard is that?" He looks at me and arrogantly says "sorry" again. So I ask if I can get my receipt back too (I had gone on the BK website while I was waiting and it said I needed that to make a complaint). Seriously, I ordered a #1 with no tomato, a #2 with no onions, a 10 piece nuggets, and a value fries. Ordered at 6:39pm according to the receipt and got the...

BOO! HISS!! I have stopped by this new location numerous times for an ice cream cone. One out of seven times, the ice cream machine was assembled. It's the same answer every time I ask for an ice cream cone, "..Ohhhh, I apologize but our ice cream machine is being cleaned at the moment." I can understand the time I stopped by at 10:00 pm., but what about 7:21 pm, 4:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 11:30 am, or Noon-thirty? Each and everytime the cashier apologized, puts on a sad face, and points over at the ice cream machine. Btw, everytime I look over at the machine its dismanted with all the parts lying next to it, ready to be assembled and serve ice cream. Also, four of the seven times I was declined service, it was the same cashier who said he couldn't serve me because the machine was down. He didn't even recognize that it was me asking him, AGAIN, for the fourth or fifth time. Geezzz fella, wake up! I think the crew is just lazy and don't want to have to clean it when they're closing. I have never been more disappointed by a fast food restaurant until now! Boo hiss Burger King! You bite McNugget!! Don't worry, I won't stop by, or try again, nether will any of my friends or family members. I will be sure to pass the message along that Burger King doesn't have enough energy to set-up thier ice cream machine because God forbid they've got to tear it down and clean it at night. TRUST ME! I usually come here due to it being so close to my home and a favorite place of my daughters. But lately I feel as if nothing but bad service or quality food has been pooe and uncaring employees. Usually I do get parked when I do come with the drive-thru but this like this last Sunday I came with my family to order breakfast of my family and I just decided to try their enormous breakfast bureito explaining no sausage and only bacon so instead I had to get parked and wait 7 minutes to have them bring me out a tortilla with only bacon on it but yet charged me for an entire enormous burrito price. I've been pulled through back to the drive-thru for them to tell me I have to go up front for them to correct it and then at the time that they did fix it because they decided to change their mind and allow me to go through drive through the burrito was horrible with nothing inside of it Northern look like anything of the picture that is prompted. this location is a lot of work..

It's been 6 years since going back here, thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe, just maybe there's been improvement.... boy was I so wrong!!! This new photo is what they call a spicy chicken wrap!! Remind you I paid $2.99 for 3 pieces of lettuce some sauce and a chicken strip thrown on a little tortilla!!!
