Kinda feels like they just running a business until the wheels fall of. The outside looks clean with beautiful white and blue bright colors and the nice bear logo. Then it all goes downhill after you enter. My "chamuco" bread was not fresh. I could taste it was made at least a day ago. In fact my whole bag of 3 different types of bread tasted Not fresh. The whole inside setup looks old. Like if they're just careless, and see if their most minimum efforts float the boat to bring in money. They currently don't have fresh coffee in the mornings. There are a couple of times that they have run out certain breads so I believe first come first serve is important for bakeries especially and we hit the colder months which make sweet bread more desirable. If I could ask to improve one thing would be their Chocolate covered donuts. I would like them to be made with higher quality chocolate. Plus the chocolate tends to break off quickly from the donut. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Arriving an hour before closing, the lady at the counter was less than welcoming and claimed certain items were unavailable, despite them being visibly on display.
