This time around post covid nobody wants to work anymore not even till the hours the establishment says thier closed went in about 7:30 yesterday just for them to tell me they have no food, very snotty attitude from the manager and workers, either update the hour to 7:30pm or lock your doors this is pure laziness. I understand we all want to go home at the end of the day but then again if you dont like your job you have the right to choose your career, by the looks of the other reviews they've had the same issue for a while now, get it together guys this use to be my favorite pollo feliz in the city and now just because of the terrible customer service makes me not want to go back besides you guys are FALSE ADVERTISING! Very bad service from the cashier, Magaly, i called to make an order online and she told me the restaurant didn't take orders through phone, when i always order through phone. I went to the store through the drive-thru and waited for at least 15 min waiting to get our order taken, Magaly, looked at me and proceeded to leave she came back to the cash register and left not taking our order. I got down and asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager, i then asked for a number to call and she said she couldn’t give it me not even to give a review. Didn't even get to eat...showed up after work looking up the hours I knew closed at 8 and showed up at 7:15 wanting to at least order to go for my family of 4. When walking in the worker short girl with glasses curly hair stops sweeping and walks straight for the cook and complains to him about how he has to make more food.
