La Michoacana — Restaurant in El Paso

The service here is horrible. Be sure to ask "what does it have?" For everything because they do tell you if you want everything on dorinachos, hot dog, tostielote but they failed to ask me that on the nachos. I thought it was just cheese and jalapeños like they normally come at any place you get regular nachos. They ended up coming with beans as well and I never got asked if I wanted that on my nachos. The young guy at the counter wanted to change them for me but the older lady didn't let him. She was so rude and said that all nachos come with beans and jalapeños. NOWHERE in the menu does it say that and the young guy NEVER asked me if I wanted beans and jalapeños on them. She said she wouldn't exchange them and would need to pay for new ones. Why do I need to pay for your failure to inform me? Why only ask me if I wanted "everything" on the other items but not with my nachos? This place has horrible customer service. They don't even smile and don't seem happy to be working there...

I had one of the WORST experiences at this place. The worker a Mexican lady with yellow hair was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I ordered an agua fresca and a mangoneada. She only handed me the mangoneada and the other employee left the drink sitting on the table. Naturally, I grabbed both and left. When I realized the drink was the wrong flavor, I went back to let them know. Instead of helping me, she accused me of taking the “wrong drink,” humiliated me in front of everyone there, and acted like it was somehow MY fault.

When I tried to give the drink back, she refused to take it and rudely told me I would be charged for it. I ended up leaving with both drinks, worried she might pull my card info and charge me again. This was an honest mistake that could’ve been handled politely, but instead I was treated like garbage. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, I will never come...

First and foremost this place was not IT! Don’t waist your money. I had a craving for elote and we came by. First and foremost the cashier was very rude. She had a face like she doesn’t want to be there. My husband and I got aguas frescas. The ice was melted the waters tasted really bad. Then i accidentally dropped the water i apologize and offered to clean they did not care they looked At me and just left it. I kept telling them it was running from where the Valentina is to the machines. Then on top of that if it’s to go you will be charged. So then the elote tasted so bland and nasty I asked for limes. She stated there was lime I told her doesnt taste like it if I can please have more. She stated they charge PER SLICE. I walked out not a good place at all save...
