McDonald's — Restaurant in El Paso

My mom has been collecting the "Little McDonalds" toys. We walked into this store today to ask what toys may be available. There was one other customer and her two kids ahead of us, finishing up their order, we were the only other people in line. When it's our turn, the cashier (already seemingly in a bad mood) asked if it was going to be for here, or to go, my mom tells her she's just wondering what toys they have available. The lady, once again, very rudely, says "no, I don't know," my mom asked if she could go check, and the lady, flat out, in the same rude/annoyed tone says, no she cannot, my mom tells her that this is the first time something like this happens, last time even the manager, of this same location, was kind enough to check for her, and the lady tells her (and I cannot stress how rude the cashier has been this WHOLE TIME) "well what do you want me to do about it?!" Basically yelling. We told her we hope she has a better day, and walked out. I hope this is not the kind of service that can be expected from this location on a daily. If I could give 0 stars, I would. There does not seem to be any professionalism left in businesses today, and this experience futher proves that. It's disappointing really that this location's customer service is that poor to where an employee is allowed to speak to paying customers in...

Ok so I ordered a happy meal. Double cheese burger no onion, no pickles! I get home and what do I find? Onions, and pickles on the burger! So I call and store manager was there. Gave him my two cents! He offered to give me a free combo and my happy meal.... I went on Saturday to get my kids meal. Store manager was there again, he comes to window and he took order. We go to the other window gave us food. My wife opens the happy meal box as we wait( were boxed in drive thru line) and behold no burger in the freaking box!!!!!!! WOW!!!!! So as I'm now steping out of the car the girl gives us another box with a single burger with onions, and pickles. I go inside they knew what I was there for because in a couple of minutes I got a happy meal finally the way I wanted! 20 minutes later!!!!!!! SO DON'T GO THERE! They are no good! Never getting my coffee from here anymore. I started a new job really close to this McDonald's and they NEVER get my coffee order right. A large coffee with 5 Splenda or a small one with 3. And cream on the side. I would never get it. Always just black or sometimes with the cream inside already but never any Splenda. Like bro! What? Yall need to stop hiring high school kids. All I ever see is kids running around in McDonald's uniform. Sorry for ranting but just so upsetting that 7 orders in and each time wrong? Luckily I've had Splenda at work but today I didn't have any and just went through out my whole day feeling tired cause who drinks black coffee? I'll just drive the extra mile on my way to work to go somewhere else as long as I get it right and not have to waste...
