First time, decided to try it based on the high reviews. Service was very disappointing, not very friendly or sympathetic. Ordered take out on Friday around 5 pm for reference. Arrived and order wasn't ready, place was not busy, waited about 15 mins and then an item was incorrect. Bar tender seemed bothered when I didn't accept the order the way it was, she made it clear it would take time to correct it, rather than apologizing right away and fixing the problem. About another 15 minutes, I was finally on my way. Mandoos were overfried, bulgogi and ramen were good, nothing to wow about or compensate for the lousy service. I don't know, customer service matters to me. They have a ramen special on Tuesdays, maybe...

Place was absolutely disgusting , service was trash and the menu does not have a variety of authentic Korean meals. Went out with a friend the other day and our server kept forgetting our order and kept forgetting our drinks . When we got our ramen I noticed that they have served 1$ maruchan ramen with some seasoning and cheap chicken . As we started eating the ramen there a lot of fruit flies that have kept on bothering us . If they really wanted to make good business they need to stop ripping people off . Sell real food not something I can make at home. They really need an inspection check and they need to also work on their service . Not to forget the dumpling were super greasy and the sauce...
