Eating out in Elberta isn’t exactly a choose-your-own-adventure. Your options are: A) drive to “actual town” & battle tourists, traffic, & your will to live, or B) hit up this glorious little pizza spot that understands the sacred balance of cheese, crispy crust, & not being stingy w/toppings.
The pizza? Ridiculous in the best way. The thin, crispy crust holds up under a glorious pile of meats, veggies, & sauces—no sad, floppy slices here. They even have gluten-free options, so you can still pretend you’re making responsible choices!!
Seating is limited, which just means the place is exclusive (like a VIP lounge, but for pizza & sweatpants). And if you really don’t feel like putting on pants, they deliver on Fridays & Saturdays. The customer service is also great—friendly, super fast, & probably judging you less than you deserve.

Read moreElberta Pizza is a must-try! I ordered the pepperoni pizza and the piggy sticks, and both were absolutely wonderful. The pizza had a perfect crust and just the right amount of high-quality pepperoni. The Piggy Sticks? Forget about it—they are addictive and compliment the pizza very well.
What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. The owner, Ms. Aaron, was incredibly nice and personable; she really made me feel welcome and valued. It’s clear she puts a lot of love into her restaurant.
On top of the amazing food and wonderful hospitality, everything was also very reasonably priced. You get incredible quality without breaking the bank.
