Hardee's — Restaurant in Eldorado

Unfortunately, today's breakfast burrito was terrible.... the burrito was cold... the cheese and bacon were ice cold, even the eggs and tortilla were cool and not warm... it's like it had been stored in the fridge and not heated up.... Weird...

Update: 10-31-25 Okay, I thought I'd try them again after a long pause... Well today I got the biscuit and gravy. If you finish your gravy long before you've eaten half a biscuit, you haven't been given enough gravy... I also got a cinnamon iced biscuit.... If you made a cake the size of a bottle cap, there wouldn't have been enough icing to cover the top of the bottle cap cake... Seriously guys, what is going on with Hardee's...

Went to Hardee's to order 2 Frisco meals with no drink...and a 6.99 deal 2 double cheese burgers and small fry. We don't drink coke. So I ask for the meals with no drink. The lady said just a minute and sent the manager Matt over who was very rude. Said what do you want? I explained and he says I'm not going to do that...so I said I'd like my money back. It was $34.79 the way he rang it up!! He says I'd rather do that anyway because you need to learn how to order...Well no wonder that place is ALWAYS dead! I was glad to get my money back after I pulled around because the window was NaStY! I mean gross which means those same hands are touching...

Literally every time I go through there, they NEVER have shakes. I have tried multiple times this summer to get a milkshake because Hardee's has the best shakes. It doesn't matter what day it is or what time it is, they always tell me, "We don't have shakes right now." At first, I thought, "Okay, maybe they ran out of stuff and are waiting for truck to come in." But I have tried at least twice a month for the last three or four months and each time, I get told there are no shakes. They are still in the app. They are still on the menu. They've even been advertising the peach shakes. WHERE ARE...
