McDonald's — Restaurant in Eldorado

the restaurant is disgusting, flies alive and dead everywhere especially on the window sills that look like they are almost never cleaned the bathrooms are always disgusting, my boyfriend shared with me that there was roaches in the men's room, we witnessed one of the male employees urinating and one of the bushes outside the establishment, the floors are always incredibly sticky, and the food is disgusting, always old, cold and wrong. on multiple occasions they put onions on my friend's sandwiches despite her informing them that she has a severe allergy and that she is pregnant and it would likely kill her, we recently received a burger with green spots in the meat, the employees are often very unhelpful and rude, for example we had one of the cooks have a full-blown meltdown because he made my sandwich wrong a total of six times continuing to put mustard and ketchup on the sandwich despite us telling them repeatedly only onion and pickle and I have an allergy to mustard, they have zero definition of the word light or extra on top of that. their drink machine has been leaking for months and has not been fixed I have on more than one occasion almost fallen and witnessed people almost falling or falling, and they often close way before scheduled 30 minutes all the way up to an hour and a half there have been times where we have tried walking in at 8:30 an employee ran up and locked the door before we could get in even though they are open till 10:00 on weekdays on the inside an 11:00 on weekends overall this restaurant is extremely disappointing and is on a steady decline when it comes to quality, cleanliness, and customer service overall I would not recommend this McDonald's and if you have the means to I would drive the extra 10 minutes to Harrisburg because it is not worth...

employees are speaking very badly about each other and cursing very loudly. the remodeling they have done doesn't have a distinctive theme or even a reason for being the way it is and simply just doesn't look like a McDonald's establishment. low quality PNGs of ancient ruins in a McDonald's is unnerving and unnecessary. the Playland age demographic has also shifted to aim towards even younger children and 88% of any sort of fun that originally could've been had in them has been removed in favor of safer and smaller play areas. most of this remodeling stuff is happening at locations everywhere and is 100% something the McDonald's Company put into place and not necessarily the faults of those who work there by any means so my star review is not based at all on that but is rather based on the employees and the food quality. speaking of, as for the food, it's McDonald's... either you love it or you hate it. either way, the food is very unhealthy, but that doesn't mean that only applies to this location. the food is up to McDonald's standards I presume but something different needs to be done about how employees are talking to each other here. nobody wants to do anything because they'll just get yelled and cursed at which unmotivates workers. open and friendly communication needs to be a common practice put in place at this location. Eldorado McDonald's is Eldorado McDonald's, you get what you pay for.. like every other McDonald's. Unless the pudgy boy is working the second window.. then you THINK you get what you pay for (in my case specifically just a simple sweet tea). I got home and noticed the cup wasn't even full.. no big deal though. I sip and it's just brown water. No tea.. only dirty disappointment. Mistakes are mistakes but this kid hates his job.. Hanging half way out of the window like that makes me move more quickly and as friendly as you would imagine yourself being if you had to work at McDonald's (not friendly at all) and basically exuding major bad vibes all over the place.
