Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Electra

I stopped on my way home to just grab a snack. The person gave their name and asked how my day was before taking my order. I ordered a large mozzarella sticks and that was it. So when it was delivered the girl once again told me her name, gave me my receipt and asked if I needed anything else. I didn't. As I'm rolling up my window I said to myself 'they are really up beat and happy for a Sunday morning' which isn't a bad thing. This is the part that put them over the top. I was asked if I wanted sauce with my sticks. I said yes. Usually I would get ONE thing of sauce. Today I was just expecting maybe if I was lucky two. I opened the bag... I had FOUR!!!! I don't know why I found this so amazing but I did! They had excellent service and we're happy and up beat and went beyond what I expect...

Okay, this location marks the worst.

From the time I ordered our food (two burgers and a hotdog) to when we received it, 25 minutes. And when our food arrived, it wasn’t hot. I checked everything to see if it was even cooked, like not raw. It wasn’t raw so I’ll give them that much.

Customer service is meh. Glenda came up to our window and said she lost our ticket so she was asking us what we had ordered. She wasn’t rude, that counts for something.

This location is just gross, there was trash/used sonic cups lying on top of the menu boards (yes, more than one!) and on the ground. Flies everywhere, looks like a dump.

Anyway, if you can just let your stomach growl a bit longer then find somewhere else. Pretty much...

Stopped here passing through. My first impression was not to stop, no cars at all there and two employees sitting outside. My husband said oh it’s okay so we pulled in. We placed our order then he went to the restroom. He came out and said not the best but a bathroom. I went in and to say not the best was an understatement…..it was the worst restroom I’ve ever been in!! All kinds of trash over flowing from the trash can onto the floor and piling up. No toilet tissue or paper towels and toilet nasty! No reason at all for that bathroom to be like that especially when two employees are just sitting out front on their phones and definitely not busy!! 190 alexandr chk 347 was on our receipt if that helps with...
