The food is McDonald's food, tastes the same anywhere. With the staff is where the problems start. If you go late night (I usually go around 10 or 11 pm) the drive-thru attendant is very rude, always has an attitude and rushes you, and never says thank you. He greets cars with "whats your order" and if youre still deciding and dont answer in 3 seconds he repeats it with a tone. The last visit I ordered a filet-o-fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce and got no sauce at all! This visit I ordered a filet-o-fish combo with extra tartar sauce and a caramel frappe. He never asked a size but automatically charged me for a large combo. Its 11 pm, I didn't want a giant coffee (dont get me wrong I love a large caramel frappe - in the morning!) and I certainly didn't want to pay for one. Then the lady at the second window responded with "you know, we're run on a timer, if you wanted ketchup you should've asked at the speaker!" And to top it off, barely any tartar sauce, definitely not "extra tartar sauce" like I ask for every single time. I understand that fast food isn't an easy industry to work in - I ran a drive thru making minimum wage for two years - but there's absolutely no reason for a whole staff to be so consistently rude to customers for no reason! If it wasn't the only McDonald's open that late on my route to work, I would never go there!! You certainly don't go there for...

I come to the Bear family McDonalds offten and I can’t say I’ve have the best experiences. The customer service has gotta worse over the years which is sad since this is family owned. Hopefully it gets better but if you need a example of what type of people to hire for your business I would say Sarah. She is AMAZING ! Very hard working everytime I come to this location and see her I’m pleased because I know I will get good service and she always brightens my day. She’s always in a great mood smiling. She listens to the orders correctly. UPSALES all the time, not once have I came and been disappointed when she serves me. She deserves a RAISE ! I come early in the morning sometimes to get my hot tea before work and after work I’ll get another one and sometimes she’s still there! Even after a long day of work standing up all day she has that pleasant smile and tone in her voice ready to assit. God bless her Heart. Purchased 60 chicken nuggets. Upon arriving home I opened them to see that about 50 of the 60 were extremely overcooked, dry and like eating a lump of coal, I called McDonalds and spoke to the manager who told me to come back and she would give me a fresh set. I sent my little brother back to pick up the new set, only to see him arrive home empty handed. I called them back and asked why they refused to give them the nuggets and she responded by saying I failed to bring the old nuggets back.. Which was probably pertinent information she failed to mention to me before I tossed them asked in the trash. It's important to note I Drive an F-250 so I did not go back even though she offered to give me the nuggets for a second time. I spent 40 dollars on burnt nuggets and likely about 15 dollars of gas in the two trips. This was a very unpleasant experience I will never buy from this location again.
