This is the worst pizza place let alone a Pizza Hut we have ever had to deal with. We moved to Elgin 2 yrs ago and order mutliple times a month. More than 1k a year. We have had countless minor problems. But, more specifically. We have had green fuzz like synthetic hair melted in with the cheese. We have had a pizza go missing and after an hour past our delivery time we called and were told they couldn't find our place in the one of two apt complex in this city. They said they would make a new one and send it. When it did finally arrive, nearly 3 hours after placing the order, it looked and felt like our first one was thrown back into the oven. It was dark brown, hard as a rock and smelt burnt. Now today we ordered a big box with wings. The wings were in the same big box not separated from the pizza. Buffalo sauce on everything.. our kids won't eat it like that. When we called we were told if we wanted it separate we should call after the online order to ask them to do so. Not once did they offer to make it right and edible. We have stuck with Pizza Hut because it was our go to. We're done with the garbage this location pulls out of their oven. The manager I spoke with tonight didn't seem the least bit concerned, she should be ashamed of the food her team is putting out. Corporate or the franchisee needs to get a hold of this place and clean house. We were die hard Pizza Hut customers. Hut Rewards and everything. Me and my family wanted to enjoy a movie over some pizza. After waiting for half an hour, we started the movie despite not having the pizza, under the assumption that it'd be here any minute. After about an hour later, I called Pizza Hut asking why my order was taking so long. They said it was ready and that it would be delivered shortly. It wasn't. Thirty minutes after that, I called management and explained that I've been waiting two hours for two pizzas. The manager wasn't very nice or understanding, she just told me to wait another 15 minutes. I didn't think two hours was worth paying for, so I politely told the manager that I wouldn't be paying for the pizzas if they came any later than 15 minutes. Indifferent and scornful, the manager said she'd have my orders cancelled. After about ten minutes of trying to keep my sanity, she decided to give me a 20 dollar discount. When the pizza arrived, it was cold as expected and the movie was already finished. I mean, it was pretty ok after reheating it, but seriously? A two hour wait for cold, adequate pizza? Elgin isn't even that busy of a city....

I swore I’d never order from them again.
Fast forward to tonight...I wanted something different, thought maybe after a year things may be different by now.
Placed my order and then almost immediately after receiving confirmation, got a call from the store to tell me they didn’t have any drivers and was asked if I wanted to come pick it up.
...Either they aren’t ordering delivery, or the store manager has a condescending attitude towards customers upset with the poor level of customer service they provide, and did this on purpose this time.
That’s fine. I made it a year without Pizza Hut and I hope your terrible service catches up with...
