Riverside Mercantile — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

We went here last week. This was literally our favorite stop while in the Shawnee area. There were amazing ice cream ( gluten free too). We tried 6 flavors and the peach was highly recommended. The store is filled from every angle with goodies from candy, jeep stuff, cute accessories, local meat and cheeses, coffee cups and tumblers, solar eclipse stuff and the list goes on.. wish I purchased some of the syrups too! I believe we met one of the owners she was amazing and even shared info on her vet and local Vets incase our dogs needed emergency help as our phones never worked the entire trip to use Google. I stopped in for a milkshake and was shocked how cool this little store was! The lovely lady behind the counter greeted me and took my order. She recommended the apple pie ice cream and I must say it was amazing!! However I browsed the store while she made my shakes and ended up with 3 apple pie milkshakes and a bottle of country bobs apple Chipotle sauce! I'll definitely stop in again when I'm working...

This is a quaint little shop in a quaint riverside town.

If you are driving through the town make it a point to stop. This old time gas station turned into a shop has lots to look at. You will be surprised at what all is in it.

You can get ice cream cones and they even sell meat from their own farm.
