The overnight service is appalling. The supervisor/manager/slug or whatever the heck she is on the overnight shift is rotten. She very clearly hates her life/job, it is evident from the moment she 'greets' you over the speaker when you pull into the drive thru.
I pulled into the drive thru at about 3am and was greeted by an audible sigh and an emo welcome asking me what I want, and not in a friendly, "How can I help you" way, more like a 'What the hell are you doing bothering me at 3am?' kind of way.
This sort of attitude I could normally just shrug off as another dissatisfied employee who hates their life and is taking it out on every one who gets in their way., but tonight my car stalled at her window.
Rather than offers of assistance in ANY way possible, I was greeted with the rolling of her eyes and COMPLETE ignoring of my presence. She continued along her day as if I wasn't even there, car stalled right in front of her window.
I almost even detected what I could only interpret was a slight increase in the pep in her step because she could now justifiably turn away all customers who came and blame me, as I heard her do it several times.
Rather than come up with a solution for those customers who went out of their way to come to her business in the middle of the night, which even the simplest of minds could have devised. (Hello? Take their order, have them park, then bring the food out maybe? No. This would require giving a crap and moving your lazy butt beyond your perch). At no point did she so much as offer to help me find/call for towing assistance, she just locked her window.
At one point I saw that she had left the front door unlocked/propped open with a rock, thinking maybe she was offering me sanctuary to stay warm (did I mention it was now sub-freezing temperatures outside? And I had no shelter with warmth?) I went inside and asked one of the male employees if he could perhaps just steer my car while I pushed it out of the way so that they could continue taking business. Make no mistake, I dont give a crap where my car is while I wait, I was ONLY trying to move it out of the way so that they could continue receiving business.
She went OUT of her way to stop the male employee from assisting me, then continued on to attempt to chew me out for being inside, to which I responded perhaps you shouldn't leave your dan door propped open if you dont want someone to come inside. I wont fight this point, though as ludicrous as it is, I'm sure there's some company policy about liability with helping me. That doesn't make it any less despicable though. What ever happened to people helping people? I'm sorry, this makes you unequivocally, undeniably, a huge b*ch. Most service employees I've encountered would generally ignore this very technical policy in order to assist another human being, not HER! She defies this sense of common human decency.
I would assume that this denial of assistance was chosen as preference so that she could continue to NOT take new customers while I blocked the way.
I've seriously never been treated so poorly by an alleged service employee.
The only reason I even had this problem was because my car is loud and can be a little smelly, as out of COURTESY to her, I turned it off at the drive thru window. An hour and a half later, this employee finished her closing procedures then simply LEFT!! She did not say a word to me, no offers to help once again, no making sure I was ok before she left, NOTHING. She just left. Gone. Closed. This was simply outrageous. I've never been so personally angry at a fast food employee in my life.
I seriously wish her harm in her life and hope that something bad happens to her with no one to assist her.
I hope that she reads this some time, because I want her to know, that I honestly, genuinely, despise every bit of her being, and were I to encounter her in another scenario, would go out of my way to find some way to annoy or inconvenience her. You've made an enemy for life, congratulations, b**ch.
Finally got my car started, loose...
Read moreSo I work 3rd shift. Decided to go there on my lunch break. I placed my order, it was two delux boxes. One with grilled chicken one with crispy chicken both supreme. She repeated it to me, asked if it was right on the screen which it was. Pull to the window, they in there talking to each other a mile a minute not paying in attention. When she opened the window I asked for her to make sure I could tell the difference between the boxes. Grilled and crispy. She said “yeah I can do that for you”. Closed the window continued to talk. Got my food. Got back to work nothing in the box was what I ordered or even came close to what was supposed to go in the box. So I had to take a quarter point. Go back up there, I just wanted a refund because my lunch had BEEN over at this point. They swipe my card and said they didn’t know how long it would take for my money to be refunded. I said alright and asked for the persons name in case I didn’t get my money in a few days and had to contact someone in management, I would know who I had spoke too. He refused to give me his name. I asked for a manager and he wouldn’t get me one and said she wasn’t going to give me her name either. I said ok I’ll stop back up here if I don’t get it in the next couple days and he shut the window in my face. I’m highly upset, and I’m calling corporate. I get they are bunch of young people, I have kids myself and try to give them grace. But this was ridiculous and rude. And if I say I want a manager get me one! To me a mistake is forgetting the sauce in the bad, or napkins, forgot the sour cream to leave off beans. But they was no where in the ball park with my food. And there was only me and one other car there. I’m just trying to figure out how they even did that. I’m pissed. And hungry. And who knows when I’ll get my $25 back. To busy hanging out and running their mouth and not giving a shit about their job or people’s time or the high amount of money it cost to eat there. And I’m on a point system at work. Very unmindful and they need...
Read moreI've had some fairly long waits in the drive through here before, but nothing that I would consider absolutely unacceptable until today. From the time I first got in line to the time I drove off with my food, I waited 44 minutes!! When I got to the window, I gave the employee a chance to address it (like give me some sort of excuse for it), but I got nothing... so I said, i don't typically complain over stuff like this, but I have been in this line for 42 minutes.. she kind of rolled her eyes and just said, yea, we 're short some people and it's insane... then, when I got my food (order for 1 person) i immediately opened the bag to make sure all 3 items I ordered were in there and to my surprise, they were. However, the nacho fries were obviously just dumped into the bag. I will admit, the restaurant had quite a few people in it and in the drive through line due to it being lunch time, but it wasn't anything crazy like a bus full of people all showed up at once. From the window, I could see 3 workers and none of them looked to be in any kind of rush, in fact 2 were just standing there talking to each other. In conclusion, my food seemed/tasted fine, however the customer service at this restaurant is...
