I’m never one to write reviews because I don’t normally care to. But I have ordered from this place before and there hasn’t been issues. But last night I placed an order at 6:30 and was promised a 7:20 drop off. That didn’t happen, so when I called to find out what’s taking so long all they did was say it’s on the way and hung up on me. Over an hour and 40 mins later and I still never got the order. So I called to ask for a refund and they told me “okay I’m sorry” so I double check my bank account the next day and my refund was never issued. When I called them back again they tried to deflect and say I didn’t order through their website and then gave me some bogus number to call to get a refund and it was just a dead tone. So I had to call my bank to start the refund process. So yeah safe to say I won’t ever order from here again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand a language barrier might be an issue but STEALING from customers???...
Read moreI live in assisted living, so I mostly have food delivered when I want to "eat out". I have ordered from here several times and the food is always excellent. The delivery usually goes very well, but not this time. The original 20–30-minute estimate expanded to an hour and 15 minutes and some of the food was getting cold.
One thing which happens frequently which is a bit annoying is that while they usually pack the food in spill-proof containers, they often overfill them so that when they put the lid on it pushes some of the sauce over the sides which then leaks into the bag and makes a mess.
The food is delicious, and I like that, if I ask them to make it extra spicy it actually tastes spicy. Their crab Rangoon and pot stickers are quite tasty, but I especially love that they have shrimp shumai available --- very nicely done, too.
I will probably continue to order from here and hope that the one bad delivery experience was...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I called to place an order and was told that there would be a 30-45 min wait and would I be ok with this. After telling the young lady that the wait time was no problem, I was placed on hold and she came back to take the order. I had a large order and once I got to the end, the young lady states "sorry I'm going to have to refuse this order because it's too complicated and we're too busy". Question is, why didn't you say only simple orders being accepted at this time in the Beginning. I can understand being busy but I can't understand denying service based upon an order. This order happens to be the same order that I place everytime that I have ordered over the past several years; it was never too complicated before. You lost a loyal customer over poor...
