Burger King — Restaurant in Elk Grove

Contrary to the posted hours (closes at 11 pm) , we went through there about 8:30 pm, waiting in a line of cars for about 10 minutes. When we began to place our order, we were told they were closed. I told them all the cars in front of us were being waited on and we were the last in line with no cars behind us. He repeated that they were closed. I told him I would talk to the manager he said, completely unconcerned, that's okay. I said that no, it is not okay. I told them we just wanted one cola drink (which is true). He then led me to believe that would be fine, but I then realized he was just saying muttering nonsense. Burger King overall is the worst. This is my second bad experience with them, my first years ago when the manager of that store nearly jumped through the window after I told him that his teen employee had a made a mistake with our order. He wanted to jump through the window and attack me, which scared my toddler. We had to take the order he wanted to give us. I had never been to one of there places till tonight and now I regret it. I will report this to corporate office, although they were pretty much indifferent the last time, too. But I will spread the word on...

I usually have a OK experience there because I only go there when i’m around the area, but today I dealt with the rudest drive thru worker ever there. I feel bad for the workers if she is the manager. I couldn’t get her name but she’s a big person, Hispanic, and speaks rudely even though you’re ordering respectfully towards her. She has tattoos on her neck if I remember correctly. She rushed me through my order. I got to the window, she handed me only one drink when I ordered 2. (She forgot to give me 1 Kore drink so I had to drive back for it) She then proceed to hand me bags of my food explaining what was in each bag. I ordered 1 bacon king and 2 double cheeseburger plain. She then goes “here is 1 bacon king and 2 bacon cheeseburger” . I replied “Did you say bacon cheeseburger?” She then raises her voice once again and yells out while pointing her fingers at my face. “You ordered a bacon king and 2 double cheeseburger plain ain’t that right?” with the worst attitude and head bopping. This place does NOT deserve any stars! Some little 16yr old child decided to great my husband as "boss baby" tonight and when I went in to complain the "supposed GM mina" let her yell at me however she wanted and just stood there and I told her she should be pulled off the floor and fired for talking to a customer that way. 'Still did nothing ' and the 16yr old child odyssy just laughed about the whole thing and the "gm" said she will just pull her in the office til I leave. They are so rude and disrespectful and when I called about the fake number mina had given me some lady name teresa had the nerve to yell at me and said it works for her so it should work for me!! I will never go to bk again and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know to never go to bk...
