There was hair/unknown fibers in the Ice cream, it was a $3 dollar ice cream and they said they won’t switch it out for something else because “it was already paid for”. They acted like they were gonna loose $100 if the switched it. It’s not like I asked for my money back lol I only paid for one scoop of ice cream and one flavor, it was more funny the way they acted than anything. That was worth the $3 dollars alone, they can keep money, I’ll just...

I love this place, but I’ve gone 3/4 times to get fresas con crema and they don’t have them. It doesn’t matter time or day when I go they never have them anymore. Whoever makes the special “cream” should make extra if they know they will ran out. What a...
