Dragon Beaux — Restaurant in Elk Grove

Oh my goodness. What a surprise. I got wow at Sky River. I was hungry and went looking for food. Although the food court seem like it has a nice selection, I was searching for something light. I stumbled onto Dragon Beaux. as soon as we walked into the place, we were greeted by a beautiful young lady, who acknowledged us, even though she was busy. She turned out to be so lovely. Getting us an earlier bar seating .My friend who I was dining with, had never had dim sum so of course I opted for that. There were a number of selections.we opted for vegetable eggrolls, lobster shrimp dumpling, and spicy seafood dumpling dim sum. It was magnificent! (suggested by the Bartender) He was wonderful for service and drinks. The service, the ambience, the food all good here. I was pleasantly surprised. Usually Chinese restaurant in casinos wouldn't be great but this wasnt that bad. The menu was fairly limited in terms of what Chinese food you can get but it has a small selection. You can get pan fried noodles, dim sum and some Chinese plate.

The chow fun wasn't that great. He beef was very tender and the noodles are good but you can get this in most Chinese restaurant.

Dimsum was really good. The lobster and crab dumplings are really tasty as well as the shui mai. I would recommend the dimsum

We also had this pork with lettuce wrap that was the best. It was like a keto Chinese taco and it was fun to scoop the topping onto a lettuce

2 stars for waitress and waiter. I went to this place several time, one time one of the white waiter told me he had no change so that’ means I have to pay extra $10 for tips. This time I went, I had $5 bill with some tears, the Chinese waitress keep saying it was fake bill, and came back to ask me exchange one. I told her it was not, she said she touches bill everyday. I told her there was a watermark, she insisted it’s too old, she wants another one. Then I questioned her why you said it was fake bill, she said yea it just too old. I hope the management can read this, very pissed to have service like this.
