The Breakfast Factory — Restaurant in Elkhart

Felt like we were forgotten about. We were here for a little over an hour and a half. Got no refills until about to leave. Food was delivered and 2 of my party members orders were wrong. Took 20 minutes for them to replace the wrong orders. One order was still raw (waffle) and the other was dry (factory club). The owner approached us stating "the dough is the problem today." My husband and I were admittedly hesitant to visit this place. We went when it was The Golden Egg in the past, and loved it. We were worried that our nostalgia would cloud our ability to appreciate the new place. Thankfully, that wasn't so. It was just as warm and friendly as ever. The vibes were pleasant.
