Hardee’s — Restaurant in Elkhorn

Was getting gas and saw an advertisement for their new prime rib burger and it looked SO GOOD!! I decided to get one and i quit going to Hardee's at least 5 years ago because i never liked basically anything they had. I shouldn't have wasted the $11 spent this time either because that sandwich was NOT good. Like not even a little bit good. I love onions but they had this mushy grilled onion mixture covering the bottom bun making it so wet and soggy it just fell apart in my hand. This i would happily ignore if the flavor was there but sadly it wasn't. The meat tasted like a veggie burger with a weird texture and no flavor at all as well. My husband, who basically will eat anything, couldn't even choke more than half of it down. Guess we will go another 5 or more years before i have another bad idea to try Hardees again lol

I did give 2 stars because the employees were super nice and i did actually like the fries and the soda. But then again i don't think I've ever NOT liked fries and soda anywhere so i could be just trying to find something...

Angry that they did away with curly fries. I have never been a fan of their regular fries, burgers or buns, but sometimes I would go for a meal just to get the curly fries. This was the worst get off the interstate and get lost trying to decide between them and Culver's without good signage mistake I've made. 20 min wasted driving around for subpar food. I spent around $20 to get a meal and the best part was that the wait allowed me to get a Dr Pepper refill. The drive thru was closed. When I turned onto the interstate my food hit the floor of my car because I was in a rush from lost time. That's where the food belonged. Unhealthy, overpriced and doesn't taste good. I could've gone to a sit down, Mom and Pop restaurant with real food at the same price and similar serve time. So disappointed! I waited a month to do this review to see if it was just frustration from that day, but I feel like I lost 30 min of my life I want refunded. I only like your breakfast sandwiches and curly fries. I suggest you bring curly fries back to your truck...

Went through the drive-thru and it wasn't 'good afternoon what can I get for you', it was more like 'what would you like?' I placed my order 'that's $20.01' nothing else. So I pull up and this young man opens the window and says '20.01', I hand him my card, few seconds later he brings it back, hands it to me and closes the window. I took into the window and there are 4 young men by the looks of it,they all should have been working/ cleaning/something but they were joking around. Shortly after the same young man opens up the window and hands me my bag and says 'here you go'. When did please and Thank you take a backseat in customer service? I don't think I'll be going back again. When I got home I opened7 both of the sandwiches are just thrown together and they were just standing around laughing...I'll never go to this...
