Pizza Barn — Restaurant in Elkland

We ordered a pizza with light sauce it got here there was a hair in it, loaded with sauce. Called and told them they said they'd fix it and deliver it. The owner called and asked if we'd eat the pizza and we'd get 20% off our next one thats only $7 off. She said they didn't tell her about the hair asked how much we'd eaten told her none because we just dished it all. She said that someone would bring out another one in 25-30 minutes. Our son is a type one diabetic and had already had his insulin so we had him drink 2 chocolate milks and a juice so his blood sugar wouldnt go low. The pizza came 55 minutes later it was cold and had burnt spots. We said it was fine because at this point we were starving. We dont ever complain even though the pizza always has loads of sauce on it and is never cut but this is unacceptable and shouldn't have had to wait an hour for a correction with them making our pizza that had a hair in it and after an hour should NOT...

I have ordered from here many times and EVERY SINGLE time they havw messed something up. For example. I asked for some pizza and other food they didnt even make the pizza and I order at 8 and I was sitting in the resteraunt till 9:15 then I asked for empanada and they didnt put any powder sugar like they said multiple other times I ordered food and they didn't bring half of it I ordered nachos and I put in the special direction just cheese and meat and they added jalapeño tonight i am at my end of trying to be nice I ordered tacos and they put lettuce when I specifically said no lelettuce and they always take over an hour to bring the food and I don't even...

All restaurants will have bad days and good, most to just about all my orders have been very good, with only a few disappointing occasions. Those of you who give such negative reviews should really just complain to management. And consider how many food delivery services we have in our area. I will say at this time to pizza barn, you need to know certain cooks/food prep's may be the problem as all of my bad meals have been on specific days? Hmmm.
