I ordered the hibachi chicken & a small thing of chicken wings. I had to wait 53 minutes in the car. Took 2 bites, it was good but then realized there was a piece of hair sticking out & then I started pulling it & it was pulling from underneath the chicken & onions. It was really long wrapped in & cooked into the food. I was so hungry & haven’t ate all day. Drove down the road before noticing so I had to turn back around to take it back. Now here & waiting 15+ minutes to even tell the lady at the front desk. I think a hair net or something should be required. We drove 2 hours on May 27 to pick up food for 3 older relatives and my husband and myself. We have eaten food there on many visits. I placed the order a little after they opened and tried to call 4 times to ask about adding noodles for the hibachi. The call was answered by voice mail and I was told someone would be with me soon. We arrived at the restaurant and it was dark. There was a sign on the door showing they were closed for Memorial day and would re-open Tuesday. The option to order on line should have been turned off. The charge was refunded later that day. We saw the Health Department Rating of 91.5 so glad we did not get our food. So I have ordered from here previously. But this last time was awful. I spent $50 on 3 pizzas and they were all terribly burnt. I did call them and let them know, and they did say I can bring them back and they would remake them - hence the 3 stars for service. It was 7 pm and my kids were hungry, I was not going to drive back and redo the whole fiasco with 3 hungry kids and an added on 30 mins. The next suggestion was to bring the hockey pucks the next day so she could verify, and I was going to - but the days got away from me.
