One of the reasons I stop at McDonald's when I travel is that I expect consistency in the food and in the service. Friday the 19th when I stopped for breakfast I honestly could not believe the employees of this McDonald's. First, I don't care what anyone has for a political belief when I'm trying to order my food, eat, or relax.. Just do a good job. I watched the staff yell out the drive through window as customers drove away. I watched one person come from in back and go to the door on as another vehicle left yelling at them and saying how they do not want the "Trump Voters" to come back. They even went to the extent that they asked at least 2 people that came in who they had voted for and how they were going to vote in the upcoming election. SERIOUSLY. If they would have asked me I would have told them that is harassment. NO ONE should ever have to go into a restaurant, a retail store, or anywhere and be asked how they voted. It is intimidating and absolutely none of their business. I hope McDonald's is listening. I did not go back there the next day when I was in town even though it was right next to the hotel I was at. I know how tough it is for McDonald's these days but you really need to know some of us will speak with our wallets. And no, I did not vote for Trump. I got my food given to me in a happy meal box and all I did was sayâ I didnât order a happy meal â the blonde manager gave me attitude and talked to me like I was stupid and walked away mid conversation. I paid for extra sauces (3 honey mustard) on the app and noticed I didnât get any so when I asked the blonde manager to get me some nicely.She only gave me one and refused to give me the rest, she just kept walking away from me and wouldnât give me my receipt so As a rewards member Iâm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AFTERNOON STAFF!!.    Read moreWe placed mobile orders at 10:30 and arrived at the establishment at 10:45. Their website and sign on the door claimed that they were to close at 11:00. Wanted to go inside to use the restroom as we waited for our food to arrive and the doors were locked 15 minutes before their closing time. We knocked on the door where an employee told us we could not enter the establishment because they were cleaning their lobby. Through the window we could see an employee sitting at a table inside eating. Why are you closing your doors and cleaning before the posted closing time and refusing service to paying customers? The employees were extremely rude throughout this whole process and showed no display of customer service. If you are going to lock your doors and refuse lobby service before 11:00, change your posted hours to match your actions. We will never eat at this establishment and recommend others...
