ordered a burrito and super fries, lady put down super nachos. got home, saw i got the wrong item. kept the burrito since it was right . i went back to get a refund for the fries. lady told me all they can do is give me the right order. told them i was no longer interested and wanted my money back. told me no. they called the owner and he told me the same.

i asked him if he was just gonna keep my money and he said yes. asked if he was gonna be a thief and he wouldnt answer. i asked if he would mind if i went to the sheriff's station. he told me to do whatever i wanted.

so they kept $10.51 of my money because they got an order wrong.

no where in the store is there a sign thats says 'no refunds'

they must really need that $10.51 more than...

Ordered two burgers with bacon and cheese. (Bacon and cheese cost extra, right? Totally normal) I paid... I received one burger with bacon and cheese. I walked my order back in from the drive thru... I said I ordered two burgers. I felt like I paid for two burgers. (Overpriced) This angered the cashier. Attitude. Got attitude instead of food. Not trusting the people to cook my food anymore, I requested a refund. I got my money back for a plain burger. Then I had to mention the bacon was extra....she gave me some more change.... Then I also mentioned the cheese was extra... This ignited her temper and she had a hard time giving me my money back. After getting yelled at I won't ever...

Been trying to eat at more family owned places like Nico's but now I'm starting to regret it from several times of this places having pretty bad service. This time I called and asked to make a take out order for a chicken quesadilla but when I asked what the price was I was there was a long pause, some words I couldnt understand so I asked the person to repeat themselves, and then I was hung up on. Tried calling again, and was asked to hold. Was on hold for almost 10 mins then I hung up. A hungry person isnt definitely not going to give money to service that just isnt up to par. I will start really taking my funds elsewhere. The bad service in this area needs to...
