ordered a burrito and super fries, lady put down super nachos. got home, saw i got the wrong item. kept the burrito since it was right . i went back to get a refund for the fries. lady told me all they can do is give me the right order. told them i was no longer interested and wanted my money back. told me no. they called the owner and he told me the same.
i asked him if he was just gonna keep my money and he said yes. asked if he was gonna be a thief and he wouldnt answer. i asked if he would mind if i went to the sheriff's station. he told me to do whatever i wanted.
so they kept $10.51 of my money because they got an order wrong.
no where in the store is there a sign thats says 'no refunds'
they must really need that $10.51 more than...
