Shooters Saloon — Restaurant in Elsberry

I am from Elsberry. I grew up there. I hadn't been in Elsberry in over a year and half since 2020 as i live in Oregon since 2014. I was in Elsberry this week ( 3/13 - 3/21)

I was Shooters on Saturday 3/20 hanging out with my friends & having a good time drinking & listening to the band. We started playing pool w/ friends & having a good time. I was really happy to be there & having a good time. Closing time was getting close so i closed my bill before i was asked. After I closed my bill i continued my pool game w/ my friend & our opponents. As we were playing the owner of the bar was coming through w/ a bad attitude & cursing at every one trying to get us out of there by closing. I thought it was pretty unprofessional but didn't think much of it. But as we were finishing our drinks, there were people finishing up a game of ginga & i was watching. The owner of the bar was very vulgar & unpleasant trying to get us out if there.

Up till that point i was very quiet & enjoying my time there w/ my friends. The owner & i had words about her attitude on getting us out of the bar & she was very disrespectful, unpleasant, unprofessional of an business owner. I will not return to that bar to spend my money there due to the business owners attitude & overall...

Friday nights from 5 pm to 8 pm are Steak night. My husband and I had the rib eye steak special. We ordered our steaks medium and they were cooked to perfection.

My husband had a Seagram's 7/7 and I had an Amaretto Stone Sour. Our drinks were mixed well and tasted great, not watered down like some places serve.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Excellent service....

Quality place to stop for food in Elseberry. Decent selection on the menu. Fairly decent beer selection. Staff was friendly. The place seemed clean.

Theres indoor bags setup. Pool table, darts, and slot machines. Plenty of TV's.

Smoking is allowed so head's up in case you're not...
