Well it seems to be a nice little boutique. However, I was never greeted by the owner or her daughter. I stood there for 15 minutes. Waiting for an order food was handed to me. The drink was never handed to me and I continued to wait about another 10 minutes for the drink to be made while there was a line forming after I arrived. The owner began to take care of everyone other than myself.And I'm not sure what the problem was but I know I wouldn't recommend it. Under the circumstances , if this is the way they treat...

I have to say without a doubt the best customer service around. LIZ is an amazing person and beyond helpful. They are primarily appointment based but super willing to help trying to get you in. I have not had an experience as incredible as this in a very long time. Truly restored my faith in the customer service area. If you are looking for a place that is welcoming and can bring joy into your day I recommend you giving this place a chance. Super professional super helpful the epitome of outstanding...

Went up for a traditional birthday haircut and one person was there all day, took my number to schedule later and never called or text. Will not ever be going here again. And side note, there was ONE PERSON in that day, said by staff. I just wanted a haircut on my birthday and the lady took my number but NEVER CONTACTED ME.
