Would give 0 stars after my experience today. I had two online orders of 6 subs each. Went into the restaurant to order 6 more at the counter since the website showed the ham and Turkey was out of stock. The employee literally started YELLING at me saying sheās not making ANY of my sandwiches because 18 is too many during rush hour lunch. (Yes itās a lot- but youāre a sub sandwich place and I was in no rush at allā¦she would have known that if she let me speak before yelling at me) she literally just refused without me saying a WORD to her! I even spaced out my online orders 30 min apart to give them time to make. She started mocking me and told me to stop smirking when I tried explaining myself. There were people in line behind me, I cannot believe she acted that way with people watching. Iām still so thrown off 4 hours later, thinking I canāt believe this happened. She refused to make any sandwiches so I left empty handed even though I PAID for my orders. She told me to get refunded online. She should be fired from that situation alone. I believe her...

All of sudden one of the employees came out of the backroom with a pack of coldcut combo meat. I should have left when I seen things were not right. I paid $10.00 for garbage. I called the manager who directed me to corporate. The women that answered the phone was a real piece of work. Snotty and rude.She told me Subway was a small business and couldn't afford proper supervision. I guess that makes it ok to hand out garbage. I told her to keep her sandwich .
