I ordered pizza from Marcos for my convenience so I didn't have to cook for my kids and could be at an event on time. One of my pizzas was completely incorrect and was supposed to be a white cheesy pizza. This pizza had chicken and banana peppers on it. My other pizza was correct so I called the store to let them know of the mistake and see about a refund. Tried to explain to them that I had to be somewhere and did not have time to return their Pizza as they requested so I could get a new one. Their answer was to either give me a $5 credit or remake a pizza that I was not going to be home to receive. I then ask to speak to a higher manager who said he was the general manager and told me he can override policy but he's not going to in my case. I order from this restaurant at least once a week and I am so disgusted with the poor customer service that I've received tonight that I'm taking the time out to write this long Google review. He basically told me that he had the power to override but would not. I was supposed to return a pizza that they made incorrectly and was supposed to be delivered to my house for my convenience to wait for a new one when I had to leave for an event in 25 minutes. I told him I would be leaving him a Google review and the attitude persisted. I will never order from this location again and I recommend you don't either. They do not appreciate their customers. What is a $5 credit going to do for a pizza that I cannot even eat and can't replace at a later date. They said they could only replace it that night or give me a $5 credit for the future order and that was absolute b*. Do not deal with this marcos. I am a single mother of three and I do not have time or money to waste dealing with children who think they have a power trip because they manage a Marcos facility. Spend a good amount you know, I gotta feed my babies. The man was rude about placing my order I asked to use a coupon code which he then got an attitude about. And then I split my payment and he had the nerve to ask my why I was paying most of it on the card and the rest in cash why was I not just paying all in cash. I shouldn’t have had to explain that I couldn’t transfer money from my other card for whatever reason I just couldn’t. Never had an issue before ever. Coupon code was never applied and then I was charged extra 4 dollars just for using my card which had never ever happened. Then started yelling at me when I said it’s not your place to ask me that. And then continued to say your not gonna talk to me that way. When he was the rude one. I wish they recorded these calls because I was not rude at all not even after he continued to yell at me. Then my food got here and it said I didn’t pay anything I had to pay the whole amount so I had to prove I paid made my partial payment. I mean I’ve never dealt with anyone so rude. We all have bad days but if your having one and doing customer service you should definitely excuse yourself from answering any phones or placing orders period. Read moreI always order from this store and never have an issue until today. I ordered over the phone around 4pm 7/5/24 and asked about any deals on large pizzas. The woman who answered said there was a deal for a large two topping for $12.95 or something like that. I ordered two large two toppings and was told it was going to be $30 as I was going to say that’s not correct the phone disconnected. I waited until I got there to say the price was wrong. The woman at the counter said since it’s double pepperoni that it was going to be extra. I was never told that on the phone or i wouldn’t have ordered double pepperoni. I spent $35.35 on two pizzas and a pop, then I arrive home and the pizza box is filled with grease to the point it’s leaking out the box.
