Subway — Restaurant in Elyria Township

They made my sandwich completely wrong. Didn’t follow directions. When I called to complain about the sandwich the lady tells me bring the sandwich back and they can remake it. Normally, that would be fine but since I am working I explained to the lady that I could not bring it back. I am on my lunch break and used it to pick the food up. This is my favorite Subway location! They do such a good job at keeping it clean and well maintained. I go here frequently and they have never gotten my order wrong.
