Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elyria

So after being nothing but a loyal customer ordering sometimes 2 times a week are order was wrong. No big deal! I call and the girl says I'm so sorry the girl that made your food is having a mental break down today ! My husband tipped 18 dollars on a 32 dollar order. Gave a girl 50 dollars had her keep the change. I told the girl on the phone do you want a picture or anything she said no. After she told me about this girl having a mental breakdown and all I asked her to comp me a salad for the mess up.The girl lied and said there was no more after asking me what kind I would like . 45 minutes later the remake finally comes and some dude says I need to see the sub. We showed him it and it was clearly a pepperoni ham and salami when we got steak! I will never order from them again all because of the woman that answered the phone and blamed it on a girl having a mental breakdown. Was told she is having to much of a bad day to deal with a very good high tipping costumer. I can't get over the level of unprofessionalism I delt with this evening!Please owner of dominoes email me! I did record the conversation. I did take pictures and showed the guy the uneaten messed up sub! You can go back and see we have ordered at least 50 times and we'll known for being a damn good tipper! Who ever handled today...

They hired a new young guy that obviously has no customer service skills at all nobody greeted me when I walked in I even asked him to please help me so I can have my pizzas without them sitting there being cold he just looked at me and didn't say a word the other girl that was working there just kept making pizzas no one said nothing I had to speak up again then He had the nerve to walk over to the girl to ask if he should help me still nobody's saying anything to me, I went to pay for my food now we're going on at least 15 minutes had a $100 bill they refused to cash it nobody said anything to me when I placed the order no signs posted anywhere in the restaurant not accepting $100 bills and all they could say is sorry after I wasted my time driving up there and placing my order thank God for the delivery man that walked in cashed my $100 bill and let me pay for the pizza and left by the time I got home pizza was cold. Also let me add it is the Domino's pizza by super Walmart in Elyria...

Hadnt eaten all day didnt want anything my job offers so i decided on dominos. Now i like their food but usually pick it up. This was first time i had them deliver anywhere and the last. Ordered at 1056 according to the tracker joel left the store at 1107. He did not arrive at my job til 1140 so 33 mins for a 3.4 mile drive that google says takes 8 mins. And he had a passenger with him maybe he is running uber or lyft while working for dominos. Even with other deliveries thats quite a while and no matter what space age heat bags they put the pizza in you cant keep it hot that long. It was barely warm but i still ate it tasted okay but was more like a hot and ready pizza from little ceasars that sat in there warmer for 2 hours. So i will still eat dominos but only carryout no way i will ever pay a delivery fee for a luke warm pizza. Will try other pizza places to see if they act in a somewhat professional and timely manner.
