Michelle & Laura’s Charcuterie Creations — Restaurant in Emerald Isle

It’s SO nice to see a business pop up that isn’t a realtor office, storage unit compound, furniture store, etc…! Early this month we stopped by Michelle & Laura’s Charcuterie Creations for their soft opening, and what a great little spot! The shop’s friendly, inviting atmosphere makes you want to relax and unwind with some good company 🍷 I also love the great local community vibe that Michelle and Laura are cultivating by featuring products for sale by local artisans, displayed throughout their shop. I even picked up a Mothers Day gift for my mom! 🥰 And of course the food is good too! My husband and I each ordered single charcuterie boxes and they were packed! There were a variety of items, from fresh fruit and a honey stick to mouthwatering meats and cheeses- and of course crackers to go with it. I stopped in today to give lunch a try. I was greeted by one of the owners Michelle who was extremely nice. She made me the most amazing Chicken Salad sandwich on a croissant that was so soft and fresh. I also got a 1 person charcuterie box that was just as delicious.
