Save yourself a trip and give your money to a business establishment that, at the very least, trains it's workers to have manners. The teenage girl working the inside cashier blankly stared at me as I waited outside until I saw a sign that said, "Please come inside." (She couldn't spare to come to the window to motion for me to come in or at least direct my eyes to the one sign out of a billion that was plastered on the windows.) As I walked in, she stared me up and down. She looked at the floor at something that had fallen out of my wallet, but she didn't say a word. When I took out my credit card, she said there was a $10 minimum and looked me up and down again. I'm pretty sure she was harrassing me with those eyes. Ha! Anyway, she made it very easy for me to decide I should splurge on ice cream elsewhere and write this review to beg readers to please give your money to deserving businesses. We ordered two blizzard, both blizzards came out like straight liquid. It’s posted all over that they do the “ Signature blizzard flip” it’s Even stated that if they don’t you will get a coupon for a free small one. My husband brought this up to the young boy who gave us out blizzard. He stated “ we don’t do that here”, when we brough it to his attthat it’s posted a younger Asian girl came to the window and agreed with him that they didn’t do it. When I asked why our ice cream was melted they said it’s just how the machine is. We have been coming to this Dairy Queen for over 3 years and during the summer we come 2-3x a week. We will not be returning. To pay 16$ for melted ice cream and terrible service who don’t know their own policy...
Read moreWill never come here and don’t think anyone should ever go to this dq I had a terrible experience here years ago, then friend insisted on going today. I told him the workers and owner, and very rude, we walk in and It’s not even the fact that the service moves at a snails pace but it the fact that my friend had a cough and the owner tells him to stop coughing so loud, so he laughs because he found it funny that a full grown adult would get mad at a kid for coughing. Then she accuses us of being disrespectful and tells us that she is gonna call the cops so at that point we just walk out back we weren’t about to give them a penny after how they treat there costumers. Don’t get me wrong I love Dairy Queen but you will never catch me at that location ever again and I suggest that nobody...
