Subway — Restaurant in Emmett Charter Township

Stopped into this subway yesterday to get a late lunch for my family and I before we launched on kayaks down the river. After asking for the first sub, the woman making my sub acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to make more, after the 2nd sub she was really not happy when I asked for 2 personal pizzas for my children. After she got the pizzas in the oven she went back to cutting toppings and let the other employee(male) take over my order. He was amazing, super helpful and didn't make me feel like I shouldn't be there. However, when I handed him a $100 bill he had to get her to break it for him, and then she finished cashing me out. My total for a 6" pizza sub, a 6" Ultimate BMT combo, and 2 personal pizzas came to about $32 something, however, after leaving and inspecting the wad of 1s and 5s she gave me, I only have $47 in change. THIS SUBWAYS STEALS YOUR MONEY! My mistake for not double checking her at the counter, but it was a huge wad of 1s and 5s and it had already taken me 20-30mins of waiting for my order to be made, and we had places to go. Very poor. 2 times I have called in and order to be ready at 11am. This time I walked in expecting to pick up my food only to find out they had not made our order yet. This location is my favorite because of the Fabulous Customer Service. The ladies greet you with big smiles and warm words as soon as you walk in! They Don't rush you through ordering and paying but are still efficient and I'm done quickly. The bread, meats, cheeses, and toppings are always appealing visually and taste just as fresh!
