Aroma Café & Market — Restaurant in Emporium

From California to Maine I have experienced wonderful Eateries. I have ate jerky in the Mojave, pizza in the Rockies, pancakes in the snow capped mountains of big bear that took up the entire plate. I’ve eaten and then reviewed over 400 establishments. Then there’s Aroma, a quite little establishment tucked away in the heart of Cameron county Pennsylvania in the small quaint town of emporium. As all my reviews go.. HONEST and true. Words are at a loss for this Cafe, the food was wonderful and modern with a nice throwback to a world long forgotten with its rustic loafs and fresh ingredients it just may be the perfect place to sit back and take your time to enjoy a delightful meal. We came for the specialty coffee. This is about the only espresso place around that is open on Sunday. The lattes were made well, but had some grounds in them, and it tasted like the beans/roast was off. Buuuut, I’m stark contrast to the coffee, was an absolutely amazing atmosphere and a very personable employee and owner. The customers here were also very kind. The mint chocolate chip cookiei picked up exceeded my expectations and was, in my opinion, the perfect cookie. I got the drip coffee and it tasted good, but was a bit weak for my preference (but I brew it strong at home).

Also tried the avocado toast and it was delicious. I thought it'd be two pieces for the price, but it was one large piece.
