Dunkin' — Restaurant in Enfield

My experience at Dunkin' donuts on route 75 Windsor Locks to 24 hour is pretty good except for a couple of kids there that scream and yell and swear at customers behind their back they talk about each other and they post things that aren't right on YouTube or other social sites what's wrong with this place is it management taking care of this they steal gloves they steal food and they blame someone else I don't think I'll shop there anymore before it's even conception it was better when George the Greek on it for 40 years now this place don't care even the manager let them punch out or walk out without punching out and two kids siblings they scream and yell at each other and talk about everybody behind their back I don't believe this they steal they rob they split tips and keep the change so it's always the same amount for everybody I know what goes on there I've managed restaurants and...

The big girl behind the counter “Shelly” needs to go. The young sweet girl working with her seemed to be unsure of what was going in a drink she was preparing and the fat “Shelly” girl started screaming “MOCHA” along with “I mean god can I say it any slower?” As she laughed at this poor girl. I have been here many times and in this specific incident FOUR customers walked out and decided not to purchase anything because “Shelly” was screaming at this poor girl and being rude. I’d recommend she be tossed out with the trash unless you want to keep losing sales. I can only imagine how the rest of this shift will play out, I was in there for all of 2 minutes. I would advise you to check your camera, I was a few minutes after 12 pm today...

Went through the drive thru, corrected the person on the order multiple times when they repeated it back, got to the window, still wrong. Drove off with supposedly correct order, and once again it was wrong. This after I told the girl at the window that I had already attempted to correct the order 3 times, and was told by her "Well, it is mother's day, and it is busy"... Apparently it was too bad that the mother it was for, did not get what she wanted. Contacted by the manager after reviewing from the link on the bottom of the slip (filled out Sunday, no call from manager until Thursday AM) offering a full refund. Declined refund, never returning to that location again. Do not reccomend this...
