Dunkin' — Restaurant in Enfield

**Update. September 2021

Attitudes. Order a egg and cheese McMuffin and the young lady yells out "Sausage, Egg and Cheese"....2 minutes later she yells at me with her annoyed face "are you waiting for something?" When I responded that I was indeed waiting for an egg and cheese she once again got annoyed and said it's right there... Well, perhaps if you had said my food, as I ordered it, was what was sitting there I would have picked up and left. Simple, and either way your attitude was uncalled for. I wish you must luck on your future endeavors, I've fired plenty of people with similar dispositions.

.... Oh and 10 minutes down the road I discovered that it was indeed a sausage egg and cheese in the bag...

Slow and disorganized service... And unfortunately it wasn't the fault of all the employees but a few who just couldn't get their act together and seem to have really bad attitudes. I overheard one swearing, and he was being flat out disrespectful to a customer. I don't have their names but luckily it seems are a couple of stand-out employees there who put their head down try to get the work done in spite of their coworkers, hats off...

Drive Thru: Hit or miss but last few times I've gone which has been in the afternoon around 2:00 or 3:00 its been a complete miss. They not onlybtake forever to just take ur order or even acknowledge you at the window and ordering speaker. Yesterday I asked for a Sausage Egg and Cheese NOT toasted and they toasted it with a few burned pieces, then today I asked for it on a plain bagel, and it was inedible, the whole bagel was burnt, brown and black and when I was sitting in front of the drive thru window I was starting to get annoyed from waiting so long while the three teenage/young men were just talking to another young customer at the front, they turned to look at me a few times and didn't do anything. I saw someone else drink sitting there while they talked too. It wasn't until another gentleman from the back brought my food out and that's how it looked... it was disgusting. I've never seen a bagel so badly burnt being sent out that way to get eaten. I wish I had seen it before I left the drive thru but I didn't have the time since they wasted it all...

TLDR: Most workers have an attitude and hate their jobs, service is terrible, THEYRE SERVING EXPIRED FOOD, and they never do basic cleaning in and around the store.

Alright. I have to do it. Dunkin is my go to breakfast. A bagel and a coffee. Say what you will but I get it almost every morning. On weekends I go to this location because it’s closer to my home. And when I tell you for over TWO WEEKS now they have been serving sour/out of date veggie cream cheese!!! It’s straight up rancid. Save yourself and go to the Dunkins over on North Road. Adore most of the workers over there and they have hardly ever had my order messed up.

In addition, this is directed explicitly to the white guy with glasses who always has an attitude and is always on his phone while other people work AROUND him. Can you literally just get another job dude? You clearly hate it….

I remember when places actually used to be managed but most places in Enfield are straight up...
