Dunkin' — Restaurant in Enfield

The French vanilla coffee calata is fabulous, egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin, yum and coffee cake muffin very good. Most employees are nice. Update. They don't make french vanilla coffee calata anymore. I'm sad, but i just had an french vanilla frozen coffee and it was very good and the man that waited on me was very nice. Today is Nov, 3rd of 2017. Oh, but i still liked the french vanilla coffee coolata better. ( yes, i realized i was spelling coolata wrong.) Lol. By the way, Dunkin Donuts gives a senior discount. I believe they start giving the discount at age 55. You have to ask for the discount. Not all food chains give a senior discount. I know Taco Bell doesn't. ( Update ) I went here a couple days ago, this is in Oct of 2018 and was disappointed. I go here from time to time and most often i am pleased, but lately their egg and cheese sandwich isn't to good. Bad enough the egg is made with a frozen egg, but i always ask for the english muffin to be toasted and they are not toasting it, it is just hot from the egg. English muffins need to be toasted or they are doughy. Please toast the english muffin. This goes for all DD. Thank you. (UPDATE) I am very disappointed. I went to this DD to get a French Vanilla frozen coffee yesterday, June 9th, 2019 and the young man said that the machine was shut down, but he was very nice and tried to see if there might be something else i might like in place of. I told him no, but thank you for offering. So i left this DD which is in the Scitaco area and drove all the way down to the DD in Enfield to see if they could make me one. Well the guy at this DD was very nice and i placed my order, for a small French Vanilla frozen coffee. I was so happy to find out i could get one. To look at my coffee, it looked delicious. It was nice and cold, it was filled all the way up and oh yes, i had him put whipped cream on it. I paid for it, i pulled away and parked in a spot at DD's and open the straw up and put it in my coffee beverage and tooked a good sip of the coffee, and this is where i got disappointed. There was no French Vanilla flavor in it and it didn't even taste like coffee. It was very bitter. Now i know i probley should have gone back through the drive thru, but i didn't. I don't like to complain. So i just drove home and drank some of it, not all. So need less to say, i am still craving a Frozen French Vanilla coffee. I am not a big coffee drinker, but when i do get one i would like it to be as delicious as it is suppose to be....

Two examples:

1. Wife ordered an iced cappuccino and came back with iced milk (no espresso). I went back to the store to get it replaced, or for them to add espresso in it. The staff then proceeded to debate amongst each other if there was espresso in cappuccino, while I stood there, baffled.

2. Went through the drive-thru to pick up some coffees I ordered via the app (a cold brew with oatmilk and flavored syrup; iced coffee with cream and syrup). When I pulled up, there was a black coffee and what looked like to be the iced coffee with cream. I let the guy know that the cold brew looked like a black coffee, but was supposed to have oatmilk (it clearly had nothing in it), and he said, I kid you not: "Nah, that's just how it looks with oatmilk." I know oatmilk doesn't make a coffee look much lighter, but there is a noticeable difference, and this coffee was black. The guy went back and put oatmilk in it but barely any because he thought there was already some in there. Got back home and the coffee had no espresso or flavored syrup in it either. Just a plain black coffee. The best part is: both cups had labels on them that showed our exact orders.

These are just two recent examples, but every time we have gone to this Dunks for the past few months there has been something wrong...

We went on June 1st, and we were deeply disappointed in our visit. First, we ordered three drinks and four breakfast sandwiches. We received two coolattas, which were poorly made with way too much ice and zero flavor. Then, we waited about 12 minutes for our sandwiches directly in front of where they deliver the food, and we never got out sandwiches. When we questioned about them, they claimed that someone else must have taken them, even though we were watching the whole time. We were credited a refund, but it wasn't the right amount so in total we lost about $10, which we didn't realize until we were in the car, and we didn't have time to turn around because we were trying to get to a very important appointment.
