Smoothville smoothies — Restaurant in Enfield

I called over the phone to place my order of two medium smoothies. I asked over the phone if here was a restroom that I could use they told me yes! My black boyfriend went inside to pick up our order and asked to use the restroom at that point the server turned to another worker or I assume the owner or her superior and proceeded to ask her if it was ok for him to use their restroom. She responded no it’s was not for public use as she handing him our smoothies. How does a paying customer get denied access to the restroom? And why would the server have to ask if he could use the restroom when we were just told over the phone that there was one available to use? That right there just indicates that they select who they want to use their restrooms. What was the prejudice? I would not recommend this place for others because there is no justification for a paying customer not being able to use the restroom. Aside for the stare down she gave him before...

So I always rate from 1 to 5 on food quality, service, cleanliness and atmosphere. Judging restaurants on these four things has been difficult during Covent 19 but I'm going to try my best. The food I thought was a four out of five. Not the best smoothie bowl I've ever had but definitely delicious and I will most likely be back. I would give their food a 4 out of 5. Their service was good. Nothing I can say bad and nothing I can remember that really cause me to make note so I would say three out of five for service. The cleanliness of the place I don't really remember having only been there once I'm going to say four out of five because I don't remember them being dirty at all I do remember them being clean. And lastly atmosphere felt kind of cramped but I'm sure that had a lot to do with the fact that with cova 19 people are discouraged to sit down in places. I would say atmosphere would be a three...
