I was 13 when I started hanging around down with friends there was no parking lot, no signs it was always clean, no people going there, it was a nice relaxing area. When I was younger that Stone Wall used to be a bridge, the red building across the street used to have square dancing, the little brick building across the river used to have a wooden water wheel on the side which wasn't working then either.
